How to Freeze Greek Yogurt in an Ice Cube Tray
Step 1: Pour greek yogurt into an ice cube tray. I recommend using ice cube trays instead of the bags, as they are reusable and more environment-friendly.
Step 2: Put the trays into the freezer and keep them there until the coconut milk cubes are frozen. It takes approximately 3 to 5 hours to freeze completely, depending on the size.
Step 3: Transfer the cubes to freezer bags or containers. Then chuck in the freezer. Tah-Dah! Now you can easily scoop a few cubes to add to your recipe or thaw a bunch of them for a smoothie.
Lastly, since yogurt is partially liquid and will expand when you freeze it, ensure the containers have a little space to allow for expansion.
